The Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality of our product at all stages of the software lifecycle. You will work alongside our cross-functional team to define our testing process and the overall quality of our products.

This will be a work-from-office role, based in our state-of-the-art office in Koramangala, Bangalore.

A Day in the Life

• Work on quality and accuracy testing across product and marketing stack.
• Understanding of user stories put together by various teams.
• Evaluating if the developed module or feature fits the product roadmap.
• Understand product architecture and identify any anomalies and dependencies.
• Maintain and report on detailed test results.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA.
• 3 – 5 years of proven work experience as a product specialist, with strong hands-on experience in testing SaaS products.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Decent experience in SQL, basic Pyspark/python skills, and basic knowledge of AWS.
• A team player with good communication skills should work effectively with a global team.
• Experience with testing tools is an advantage.
